Aries & Direct Action

Aries is known for being direct, taking charge, being the first to jump. Especially if it's to defend their loved ones.

These last few months, we've been hit with a cacophony of headlines, executive orders, and other viral atrocities, it's hard to know what to do. Or if anything we do will actually make a difference. Of course, we know that's what they want. But what do we do about it?

Direct Action is a big term made up of small steps. Not all direct action is made equally, and not all direct action is safe for everyone to do.

Introduce yourself to your neighbor, donating to a mutual aid, driving your friend to the doctor, pooling together your LINK cards for a potluck.

Aries starts the zodiac wheel. It starts the season, it starts the year. And while it's scary a lot of the times to start something new, to meet strangers and hope for the best, take it from our Cardinal Fire-y friends and do it one step at a time.
